根据中国建筑装饰协会2017年2月14 日 《关于2017年 (第 八批 )建筑装饰行业 工程 建设 CBDA标准立项 的批复》要求, 按照 《中国建筑装饰协会标准 (CBDA标准)管理办法》(中装 饰 〔2019〕108号)的规定,由苏州金蝗螂建筑装饰股份有限公 司与安徽安兴装饰工程有限责任公司共同主编并会同有关单位, 编制了本规程。 本规程在编 制过程中,编委会进行了广泛深入的调查研究, 认真总结实践经验,吸收国内外相关标准和先进技术经验,并在 广泛征求意见的基础上,通过反复讨论、修改与完善,并经审查 专家委员会审查定稿。
根据 2020年 1月 1日中国科学院上海科技查新咨询中心对 本规程出具的科技查新报告和 2020年 1月 20 日送审稿审查会 纪要给予本规程的评价 ,本规程系 国内首创,填补了我国建筑装 饰行业标准的空 白,达到了国内领先的水平 。 本规程的主要技术内容是:1总则;2术语 ;3基本规定;4设 计;5材料;6施工;7验收;8维保。 本规程某些内容涉及专利的具体 技术问题,使用者可直接与 本规程的有关参编单位协商处理,本规程的发布机构不承担识别 这些专利的责任。

1 总 则

1.0.1 为统一医院建筑室 内装饰装修工程的技术要求,保证医 院建筑室内装饰装修工程质量,做到技术先进、安全卫生、功能 合理、绿色节能、经济环保、流程科学,提高医院建筑室内装饰 装修工程水平,制定本规程。 1.0.2 本规程适用于新建、扩建和改建医院建筑室内装饰装修 工程的设计、材料、施工、验收及维保。 1.0.3 医院建筑室内装饰装修工程除应执行本规程外,尚应符 合国家现行标准的有关规定。

3 基 本 规 定

3.0.1 医院建筑室内装饰装修应符合国家现行防疫、卫生、安 全、节能、环保等标准的有关规定。 3.0.2 医院建筑室内装饰装修应考虑使用人群的生理特点及心 理需求,有利于患者心理健康恢复;有民俗要求时,应考虑当地 民俗特点。 3.0.3 医院建筑室内装饰装修设计宜与建筑设计同步进行,设 计深度应满足施工需要。 3.0.4 医院建筑室内装饰装修设计宜考虑扩建、改造需要。 3.0.5 医院建筑室内装饰装修宜采用BIM技术、装配式技术。 3.0.6 医院建筑室内装饰装修质量应符合现行国家标准 《建筑 地面工程施工质量验收规范》GB50209 和 《建筑装饰装修工程 质量验收标准》GB50210 等标准的相关规定。

1 总 则

1.0.1 为规范城镇燃气管网的泄漏评估工作,提升燃气管网安 全管理水平,制定本规程。 1.0.2 本规程适用于专业评估机构对城镇燃气管网开展的泄漏 评估工作。 1.0.3 城镇燃气管网泄漏评估除应执行本规程外,尚应符合国 家现行有关标准的规定。

3 基 本 规 定

3.0.1 燃气管网开展泄漏评估工作的时间宜符合下列规定:
1 运行达到 10年时开展首次泄漏评估工作;
2 首次评估后每5年复评一次;
3 政府或企业提出需求时。

3.0.2 专业评估机构应满足下列基本要求:
1 有健全的过程控制体系; 2 配置所需的泄漏检测设备 和必要的技术支撑条件;
3 泄漏检测和评估专业技术人员达到10人及以上。

3.0.3 检测设备与人员的配置数量应满足检测工作的需要。专业评 估机构应根据承担评估项目中管网的规模选择相应原理的检测设备 及与之配套的分析软件,设备宜具备反应速度快、灵敏度高、进行 疑似泄漏判定及准确定位的特性,包含但不限于下列检测设备:

1激光甲烷快速检测、遥测检测设备及管线定位设备;

2热传导、催化燃烧类检测设备;

3气相色谱分析、激光乙烷分析等气体分析设备。

3.0.4从事泄漏检测和评估的专业技术人员应符合下列规定 :

1应掌握泄漏检测和评估专业技术和分析判断的理论知识;

2泄漏检测人员应具备熟练使用检测仪器和现场泄漏检测
3 泄漏评估人员应具备数据分析与风险分析能力;

4 检测或评估人员应有 1年以上实际检测或评估经 验。

3.0.5 专业评估机构应对被评估项目出具评估报告,评估结论 应真实准确。

3.0.6 专业评估机构所做的泄漏评估工作及出具的报告应符合 国家有关保密工作相关规定。

1 总 则

1.0.1 为规范建筑工程物资管理活动,实现工程物资管理工作 标准化,建立符合建筑产业现代化发展要求的新秩序,制定本 标准。 1.0.2 本标准规定了建筑工程物资管理体系、采购管理、施工 现场物资管理 、周转物资管理、核算管理、信息化管理、监督与 考核管理等要求。 1.0.3 本标准适用于房屋建筑工程和市政基础设施工程建造施 工阶段的工程物资管理活动。 1.0.4 建筑工程物资管理活动除应符合本标准外,尚应符合国 家现行有关标准的规定。

3 基 本 规 定

3.0.1 建筑工程物资管理流程应包括从物资采购供应开始到现 场物资的验收、存储、发放 、使用、回收、处置、核算直至形成 工程实体和辅助施工的全生命周期及追溯环节。 3.0.2 物资管理应遵循下列原则: 1 依法合规原则。严格遵守 《建筑法 》《民法典 》《招标 投标法》《建设工程管理条例》等国家、行业法律法规;执行有 关主管部门在建筑工程管理、物资管理及人员管理等方面的标准 规范。2 集约高效原则。应通过法人治理体系,强化顶层设计, 推进法人层面集中采购和监督管理,提高集约采购效益,控制管 理风险。3 系统管理原则。工程物资管理涉及物资采购、保管、使 用、核销各环节,应遵循建造规律,强化与工程管理、成本控 制、市场经营等协同意识,明确工作目标。 4 信息化管理原则。广泛推动信息化 、智能化、数字化、 网络化技术在物资管理各环节中的应用,提升管理质量,提高工 作效率。

根据中国工程建设标准化协会 《 关于印发 (2015年第一批 工程建设协会标准制订、修订计划>的通知》(建标协字 〔2015〕 044号)的要求,由中国市政工程西北设计研究院有限公司、西 安建筑科技大学等单位编制的 《变速氧化沟工艺技术规程》,经 本协会城市给水排水专业委员会组织审查,现批准发布,编号为 T/CECS861一2021,自2021年 10月 1日起施行。

前言

根据中国工程建设标准化协会 《关 于印发 <2015年第一批 工程建设协会标准制定、修订计划>的通知》(建标协字 〔2015〕 044号)的要求,规程编制组经广泛调查研究,认真总结实践经 验,参考有关国外先进标准,并在广泛征求意见的基础上,制定 本规程。本规 程 的主要技术 内容包括 :总则、术语和符号、基本规 定、工艺设计、检测与控制、施工与验收、运行与维护。 请注意本规程的某些内容可能直接或间接涉及专利, 本规程 的发布机构不承担识别这些专利的责任。

1 总 则

1.0.1 为规范变速氧化沟工艺的技术要求,降低氧化沟运行能 耗,做到安全适用、经济合理、技术先进、确保质量,制定本 规程。 1.0.2 本规程适用于采用变速氧化沟工艺的新建、扩建和改建 的城镇污水处理工程的设计、检测与控制、施工及验收、运行与 维护。 1.0.3 变速氧化沟的设计、检测与控制、施工及验收、运行与 维护,除应符合本规程的规定外,尚应符合国家现行有关标准的 规定。

3 基 本 规 定

3.0.1 变速氧化沟沟型选择及工艺参数的取值,应根据污水量、 水质、水温等条件,通过试验或同类工程案例运行经验等方法综 合确定 。 3.0.2 变速氧化沟前应设置格栅、沉砂池等预处理设施;当进 水悬浮物含量较高时,宜设置初沉池,并设置可超越初沉池的管 路系统 。 3.0.3 变速氧化沟内应设置独立的缺氧 区,可通过调整缺氧区 混合液流速进行变速。 3.0.4 变速氧化沟的数量不应少于可独立运行的两组,并应按 并联设置,氧化沟前后端宜设置进水、出水配水井。 3.0.5 小规模污水处理厂的变速氧化沟可与二沉池合建。 3.0.6 变速氧化沟应设置排空设施 ,排水应进行 回流处理 。

1、采用异型圈梁解决(计算过程的筏板不会扣减圈梁工程量/但是在计算墙工程量时要记住加上圈梁工程量,需设定好梁边到轴线的尺寸,设定好标高),直筋正常输入,箍筋栏为空,其他钢筋栏输入三折弯带勾特殊钢筋信息(Aφ12@150)。

一、《陕西省建筑、装饰工程消耗量定额》(以下简称本定额),是在建设部1995年《全国统一建筑工程基础定额》和2002年《全国统一建筑装饰装修工程消耗量定额》的基础上,结合陕西省使用新技术、新工艺、新材料、新设备的实际情况,按照《陕西省建设工程工程量清单计价规则》的要求进行编制的。
二、本定额是完成规定计量单位的分项工程所需人工、材料、施工机械台班社会平均消耗量标准,与《陕西省建设工程工程量清单计价规则》配合使用。是编制土建工程装饰装修工程造价,制定招标工程标底、企业定额的基础和投标报价的参考。
