1总则
1.0.1为在广西岩溶地区地基基础设计与施工中，贯彻执行国 家有关技术经济政策，结合本地区自然条件，做到安全适用、技术先进、经济合理、确保质量、保护环境，制定本规程.1.0.2本规程适用于广西建筑和市政工程的勘察设计、施工、检测与验收.1.0.3岩溶地区建筑和市政工程的地基基础设计与施工，应进 行岩土工程勘察和评价.计、施工、检测与验收除应符合本规程外，尚应符合国家、行业和广西现行有关标准的规定.
