粉煤灰综合利用 FLYASHCOMPREHENSIVEUTILIZATION 2011 NO.5 专题研究 利用差示扫描量热法测定CFBC 脱硫灰中残留碳的研究* Study on Determinating the Residual Carbon Content of CFBC Fly Ash by Differential Scanning Calorimetry 陶常亮,李琴,陈晨,陶德晶,翟建平 (南京大学污染控制与资源化国家重点实验室南京大学环境学院,江苏210093) 摘要:借助差示扫描量热分析仪对煤与高硫石油焦混烧排放的CFBC(循环流化床)脱硫灰的残留碳含量进行了 测定,研究表明:(1)CFBC脱硫灰的热反应过程主要分为水分和挥发分逸出,碳氧化和矿物分解及继续反应等三个阶 段。
(2)是否含有氢氧钙石对CFBC脱硫灰的热反应过程影响很大,含有氢氧钙石的CFBC脱硫灰在碳氧化和矿物分解 阶段(约400℃~750℃)会有质量增加的现象出现。
(3)由于吸附水逸出、方解石分解以及复杂的热反应等对烧失量测 定结果的干扰,目前普遍使用的利用烧失量来测定粉煤灰中残留碳含量的方法不适用于CFBC脱硫灰。
(4)利用残留碳 在氧气中会发生氧化反应而在氮气中不发生反应的原理,将氧气气氛下测定的残留碳和方解石的总含量(约400℃~ 750℃)减去氮气气氛下测定的方解石含量(约600℃~750℃)即可得到CFBC脱硫灰中残留碳的含量。
