1总则
1.0.1为有效防控城市轨道交通盾构法隧道岩溶风险，规范岩溶区盾构法隧道工程勘察、设计、施工、运营的岩溶风险防控技术，制定本规程. 1.0.2本规程适用于广西壮族自治区城市轨道交通盾构法隧道工程勘察、设计、施工、运营的岩溶风险防控.1.0.3盾构法隧道岩溶风险防控应遵循安全第一、预防为主、动1.0.4盾构法隧道岩溶风险防控应贯彻国家有关技术经济政策， 态管理、环境友好、可持续发展的准则.鼓励采用新技术、新材料、新设备、新工艺.1.0.5盾构法隧道岩溶风险防控除应符合本规程外，尚应符合国家、行业和广西壮族自治区现行有关标准的规定.
