双层氢氧化物作为钢筋阻锈材料阻锈效果评价 Rust Resistance Effect Evaluation on Double Hydroxide as Reinforcement Rust Resistance Materials
苏旭文,薛炳勇²,陈行3,陈文宇3 (1.南京航空航天大学,南航基建处,江苏南京210016; 2.河北水利电力学院,土木工程系,河北沧州061000; 3.西南交通大学,土木工程学院,四川成都610031) 摘要:通过盐水浸溃法、硬化砂浆法和劈裂观察法对双层氢氧化物(LHD)、般烧之后的双层氢氧化物(LHO)、 对比阻锈剂NaNO、K18、空白组3组和以LHO为主要材料的自制阻锈剂ZY1~ZY3共3组进行了钢筋阻锈能力的研 究。
结果表明:根据规范JGJ/T192-2009,依照钢筋的锈蚀情况评价阻锈剂的阻锈效果,阻锈效果较好阻锈剂有ZY1、 ZY3、LHO,比NaNO、K18的阻锈效果好,而ZY2的阻锈效果较差。
掺加3%NaCI的硬化砂浆法试验结果表明,ZY3 在掺量3%、4%时具有很好的阻锈效果,其适宜掺量为3%;阻锈剂ZY1和LHO有较好的阻锈效果和4%掺量时具有 很好的阻锈效果,适宜掺量为4%;而ZY2、LHD和K18在掺量3%和4%时的阻锈效果均不佳;综合三种试验方法 来评价双层氢氧化物和自制阻锈剂的短期阻锈效果,自制阻锈剂ZY3具有较好的阻锈效果,其适宜掺量为3%,LHO 和ZY1在适宜掺量为4%下有相同的阻锈效果;而相同掺量下的ZY2、LHD、K18阻锈效果不佳。
