2010年1月 施工技术 第39卷第1期 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 25 斯托克曼商业中心逆作施工格构柱安装定位技术 贺小村,李钟,薛刚,朱燕,梁尔军 (中国建筑一局(集团)有限公司,北京100161) [摘要]圣彼得堡斯托克曼商业中心地下4层,采用逆作法施工,其一柱一桩格构支撑柱的定位和垂直度控制是桩 基施工重点和难点.鉴于钢格构柱断面尺寸大、刚度较大,选用校正架法定位调垂技术,并进行改进,选用钢筋混 凝土导墙代替校正架.指出了其施工设计、施工工艺及特殊技术要求.实践证明,该技术造价低、施工方便且节省 时间,采用该技术满足支撑柱作为永久结构的精度要求. Lad.Beijing 100161 China) Abstract:Top-down construction method is adopted in Stockmann Nevsky Center in St.Petersburg and location and verticality of supporting lattice column are important and difficulty points of the project.In view of the lattice column has large section and rigidity authors select calibration frame method to locate the column and adjust verticality where they use reinforced concrete guide wall instead of calibrated mount.Construction design construction technology and special requirements on technology are proposed.It proves that calibration frame method has advantages of low cost convenient construction and short construction time and precision of supporting column as permanent structure can be ensured.
