北京奥林匹克公园瞭望塔悬挑塔冠结构安装技术*

[摘要】北京奥林匹克公园望塔工程由现浇混凝土塔座、钢结构塔身、钢结构塔冠3部分组成，塔冠结构从外筒 钢柱向外悬挑。
通过方案比选和专家论证，确定“分单元地面拼装，塔式起重机高空分单元整体吊装就位”的塔冠 钢结构安装方案。
该方案能够减少高空作业量和高空吊次，且无需对结构进行任何临时刚性支撑加固，更容易满 足安装精度和安全防护要求。
重点介绍了吊装机械选择，塔冠吊装单元分段、地面拼装、滑移就位、安装等施工 工艺。
