前言
根据《深圳市住房和建设局关于发布2023年度深圳市工程建设地方标准制修订计划（第二批）的通知》要求，标准编制组经广泛调查研究，认真总结实践经验，参考有关国内外先进标准，结合深圳市智能建造试点项目技术应用的实际情况，并在广泛征求意见的基础上，编制了本标准.
