前言
根据《国家能源局综合司关于下达2021年能源领域行业标准制修订计划及外文版翻译计划的通知》（国能综通科技（2021）92号）的要求，规程编制组经过充分的调查研究，认真总结了我国变电工程设计和建设的实践经验，并在广泛征求意见的基础上，编制了本标准.
本标准共分为9章，主要技术内容包括：总则、术语、基本规定、供暖、通风、空气调节、防火与防烟排烟、监测与控制、消声与隔振.
本标准由国家能源局负责管理，由电力规划设计总院提出，由能源行业电网设计标准化技术委员会负责日常管理，由中国能源建设集团广东省电力设计研究院有限公司负责具体技术内容的解释.执行过程如有意见或建议，请寄送电力规划设计标准化管理中心（地址：北京市西城区安德路65号，邮政编码：100120，邮箱：bz_zhongxinéeppei.）
