1EEE每年主办或协办300多项学术、技术会议，发表的文献约占全球总量的30%，在电气及电子工程、计算机及控制技术领域具有广泛的影响力：其全球会员人数近50万人，遗布全世界160多个国家和地区（IEEE高级会员是个人专业成就的国际权或认证，经过严格的评审后，只有约8%的会员能够当选为高级会员）.
HEEE国际学术年会是IEE学会的旗规会议，是世界电气与电子领域的颗级会议，每年召开一次.它旨在为科学家、专家学者和扶业工程师创建一全国际论坛，交流、研过当代电红和电子工程领域的最新研完成果和制新思想，涵盖可再生能源、智能电网、电力电子、控制、概器人和制造、通信、人工智能和其他跨学科等诸多领域.
IEEE第50届、第51届国际学术年会，均由IEEEIndustrialElectronicsSociely主办.来自西班牙、美国、中国、澳大利亚、新加坡、加拿大、德国、意大利、日本、印度、阿联西、卡塔尔、土耳其、瑞士、爱沙尼亚、芬兰等全世界100多个国家的科学家、大学教授、专家学者、技术人员每届共4000余人参加子会议，这两届，每届共设有50余个主题论坛、30余场专题讨论会.

排名第71位.我所在的工作单位是中信建筑设计研究总院有限公司，作为中信集团的 我是来自中国中信集团的李蔚先生.今年，中信集团在《财富》世界500强榜单中子公司，成立于1952年，是国家认定的“高新技术企业”和“中国工程设计企业60强”我们的办公地点位于武汉一中国中部的一应特大城市，它和马德里一样，被誉为“英雄之城”.

Moreover Wuhan has a prosperous trade a developed economy and avibrant city.
I have been engaging in the field of architectural electrical design andresearch for 36 years since I graduated from university and I'm working as the Chief Engineer in our unit now.
It is a great honor for me to have two technical papers accepted by thisannual conference. I will give a lecture on one of the papers below.
The title of my report is “Electrical Design of Large-Scale PublicBuildings with Energy Management.

我自大学毕业后，一直从事建筑电气设计与研究领域的工作，至今已有36年，目前在我单位担任总工程师.
非常荣幸，我今年有两篇技术论文被本次年会录用.下面我将就其中一篇论文进行宣讲.
我报告的题目是《大型公共建筑能源管理节能减碳策略研究》.
