1总则
1.0.1为集约利用城市建设用地，节省地下空间，减少道路反复开挖，统筹电力电缆、通信线缆的统一敷设，提高城市工程管线建设安全与标准，保证缆线管廊工程建设做到安全适用、经济合理、技术先进、便于施工和维护，制定本规程.
1.0.2本规程适用于广西区内新建、扩建、改建城市缆线管廊工程的规划、设计、施工及验收、运营维护及资料管理.
1.0.3缆线管廊工程建设应遵循“规划先行、成网成片、因地制宜、经济适用”的原则，充分发挥续线管廊的综合效益.
