After verification,this formwork system could solve the defects that utilization rate was low,the versatility was poor,and it could not avoid casual workers to cut material. Moreover, this formwork system had the advantages of convenient use,high efficiency, low energy consumption, friend environment and so on. It is a green building formwork system. 施工技术 2015年9月下 98 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 第44卷第18期 D01:10.7672/gjs2015180098 承压砂土地层桩洞法施工动态效应及其控制研究* 宋云财 (中国铁建大桥工程局集团有限公司,天津300300) [摘要]以北京地铁7号线六标地铁车站为工程背景,采用FLAC3D有限差分软件对工程八导洞开挖、车站主体结 构施工进行模拟,研究了桩洞法施工中八导洞施工工序和几种不同导洞开挖方案引起的地层沉降变化规律.研究 表明,承压砂土地层中桩洞法先开挖上层导洞比先开挖下层导洞引起的地表沉降小;在车站施工的工序中,导 洞是引起地表沉降的主要因素,进人扣拱阶段后,地层开始隆起,地表沉降逐步减小;基于以上认识,对比分析了六 导洞方案与八导洞方案引起的变形特性,提出了承压砂土地层柱洞法施工地表沉降控制的施工建议. With the understanding of damage evolution, stress field and seepage flow field, the transformation of floor rock mass from water-resisting strata to inrush pathway is clearly iluminated,and the groundwater inrush pathways are calibrated.When the tunnel passes closely by the karst structures, keeping the pleteness and stability of the rock pillars is of key importance to avoid water burst and to minimize their relevant loss.Combined with the engineering case,themeaning of this research lies in the fact that PFC could make the microcosmic research of water burst mechanism possible in the future.
