The results of the monitoring data show that bottom slab pouring can reduce the lateral deformation of retaining structure.There are two factors influencing the lateral deformation for the diaphragm wall,one is the inner support interval,the other is the foundation excavation depth, unreasonable layout of the inner support makes internal force distribution unequal. Based on the basic heat transfer theory,the calculation method of the thermal insulation glazed hollow bead insulation layer thickness is obtained. Four triangle reinforced concrete cantilever beams are designed as main supports of the bow to bear weight from secondary beams and boards, thus a super-long and overweight cantilever structure is builtup.According to bearing characteristics,construction conditions of the cantilever structure are rationally defined under premise of keeping safety and stability of the system.At the same time,position of section steel and steel pipes is used for large and high formwork. Monitoring results during construction process indicates that the technical scheme is reasonable and the structure is safe. The physical quality of pumped cement emulsified asphalt mortar as the filing layer on site also met the requirements.
