Combined with pile body internal force test and calculation, the failure mechanism of piles is analyzed from two aspects of the design and the pile forming process. The results show that thickness of the pile side is increased with the increasing of the pile forming time, improving the lateral frictional resistance. Post grouting construction control is not in place, not achieving the effect of solidifieding pile side mud.
