编制说明
为贯彻落实中建一局集团公司对项目临建标准化的要求,结合中建一局总承包公司的项目管理要求,总承包公司机电管理部、安全部对项目的临水、临电施工要求,特印发了试行版的《施工现场临水临电标准化图册》(以下简称《图册》)。《图册》的出台,将对总承包公司各新开项目临水临电施工加强了标准化管理,提高总承包公司新开项目施工现场临建设施、安全防护、CI形象的管理整体水平,发挥重要作用。《图册》中如与国家、地方有关规定不符的,以国家、地方有关规定为准。
《图册》中除带“☆”为建议做法外,其余均为要求做法。今后将会根据项目现场的优秀做法,定期进行更新。

临时用电设施
1 配电室
基本要求
(1)位置:靠近电源,无腐蚀介质且道路通畅; (2)设置要求:配电室材料耐火等级不低于3级,空间应满足规范要求,自然通风有防止雨雪侵入和动物进入措施门外开;
(3)消防:室内配置砂箱和可用于扑灭电气火灾的灭火器,分别设置正常照明和应急照明灯;
(4)设置警示标志,联系人和联系电话。 (5)配电室内总配电箱要高出地面 20cm,配电箱后门须有操
作空间,离墙距离应不小于 1m,配电室净空高度不小于 3m。
同时进出电缆需设置电缆沟,沟内填充细沙。 (6)配电室应有重复接地,接地电阻值应符合要求。
(7)配电室地面素水泥地面磨平,无杂物,无积水。操作面铺设绝缘踏板或胶垫。

2 配电箱
基本要求:
(1)选用的配电箱应符合国家标准和地方要求。
(2)选用的电器元件应有生产许可证和产品合格证。
(3)总配电箱、开关箱应设置漏电保护装置。其中,总配电箱漏电保护器额定漏电动作电流>30mA、额定漏电动作时间>0.1s;开关箱漏电保护器额定漏电动作电流≤30mA、额定漏电动作时间≤0.1s。 (4)配电箱应注明编号、责任单位、责任人和联系电话,箱
内张贴配电线路图、巡检记录。
(5)配电箱尺寸大小及配置参照集团公司标准图册。
(6)配电箱责任牌,双门配电箱为 150*150mm,单门配电箱为 100*100mm。蓝底白字。字体为宋体,字体大小双门为 36号,单门为 28 号。

3 配电箱防护 (1)配电箱防护棚应采用工具式,由型钢或刚管制作,置于混凝土承台上,承台中部留置 400mm 宽沟槽,防护棚内操作空间符合规范要求;
(2)顶部采用双层硬防护(间距 500mm),顶部防砸,底部防雨(有坡度),双层框架外围包 1mm 厚钢板,钢板应采用户外车贴形式粘贴安全标语、标识、编号,标语为蓝(中建蓝)底白字,上、下弦张贴 50mm 宽黄黑警示色;
(3)配电箱下部应对进出电缆线采取绝缘套管保护,并做相应标注区分进出线,操作面铺设绝缘踏板或胶垫,外侧配备消防器材。

4 配电线路 4.1 电缆埋地敷设 (1)埋深不小于 0.7 米,在电缆周围敷设不小于 5 厘米厚细沙,覆盖砖或硬质保护层,过路时穿保护管;易受破坏的场所选用铠装电缆。
(2)电缆引出地面时,从 2 米高至地下 20 厘米处,必须加设防护套管;套管内径不小于电缆外径的 1.5倍。
(3)埋地电缆的接头应设在地面上的接线盒内,接线盒应防雨、水浸入并远离易燃易爆、易腐蚀场所。
(4)在地面上,沿电缆走向路径设电缆警示标志牌,间距 15-20 米,转角处也必须设置。

4.2 电缆明敷设
基本要求:
(1)电缆沿地面明敷时应设置保护槽,保护槽应与地面固定,并设置明显警示标识。
(2)采用钢丝绳做吊索,将电缆用 PVC 管进行间隔固定,其间距为 0.5 米左右;吊索吊架间距不大于 12 米。
(3)电缆垂直敷设的位置应充分利用在建工程的竖井、垂直孔洞等,并应靠近负荷中心,固定点每层不得少于一点,水平向电缆线敷设应在墙体 2.5m 以上做支架架设,固定点应绝缘保护;

4.3 楼层配电
基本要求:
(1)电缆线穿越建筑物、构筑物、道路、易受机械损伤的场所及引出地面从2m高度至地下200mm处,应加设防护套管;
(2)电缆垂直敷设的位置应充分利用在建工程的竖井、垂直孔洞等,并应靠近负荷中心,固定点每层不得少于一点,水平向电缆线敷设应在墙体2.5m以上做支架架设,固定点应绝 缘保护;
(3)水平敷设宜采用三角支架或钢索进行高挂,高度不得低于2.5m,若因作业限制无法高挂的,可沿墙角、地面敷设,但应采取防机械损伤措施,并设警示标识;
(4)楼层内固定式配电箱应考虑做重复接地,接地体应预埋,重复接地竖向距离不大于20m(每5层)做一处。
(5)楼层配电箱位置设置应就近主电缆,原则不超过 3m。

4.4 线缆进配电箱做法
基本要求:
(1)电缆线引出地面从2m高度至地下200mm处,应加设防护套管;严禁电线、电缆明露。
(2)采用软套管进配电箱应成排成列,排列均匀,并有固定措施。
(3)采用硬质塑料管做套管,应按硬质塑料管做法施工,做到横平竖直,排列整齐,固定措施到位。
