施工技术 2017年8月下 114 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 第46卷第16期 D0I:10.7672/8js2017160114 三维激光扫描技术在世茂深坑酒店异形 钢结构变形监测中的应用 王一峰 (上海市松江区建设工程质量安全监督站,上海201613) [摘要]上海世茂深坑酒店主体钢结构复杂,呈双曲异形,常规监测方法不能快速全面监测结构变形.本项目通过 采用三维激光扫描技术建立扫描点云模型,然后将扫描模型导入Revit三维建模软件,与手动创建的设计模型进行 配准整合.对配准后的2个模型进行对比分析,继而监测异形钢结构的变形.最后通过三维激光扫描变形监测结 果和全站仪变形监测结果对比分析表明,三维激光扫描技术能较好地用于异形钢结构的整体变形监测. In this project the scanning point cloud model is established by using 3D laser scanning technology. Then the scanning model is imported into the Revit 3D modeling software and the model is registered and integrated with the manually created design model.The two models after registration are pared and analyzed and then the deformation of the deformed steel structure is monitored.Finally by 3D laser scanning deformation monitoring results and analyzing the results of total station deformation monitoring shows that 3D laser scanning technology can be better used for overall deformation monitoring of special- shaped steel ...
