[摘要】以成都地铁4号线6标2台盾构机为研究对象,开发了盾构集群远程监控与智能化决策支持系统,该系统 实现了盾构机的集群式远程监控与管理,应用可视化技术将盾构施工中的三图一表进行了展示,利用盾构机的实 时数据实现了盾构机施工状态的智能化识别。
首先介绍了整个系统的构架,接着详细闸述了盾构机的实时数据采 集、传输、存储和处理系统;然后阐述了盾构机远程监控系统的开发过程和主要功能,最后对该系统的应用和升级 进行了展望。

The system framework was introduced firstly, the data acquisition, transfer, storage and processing system for real time data of TBM were expounded secondly, and then the development and main functions of the system were expounded,the application andupdate of the system were out looked in this paper at last.
