1总则
1.0.1为规范既有建筑抗震设防调查工作，做到技术先进、数据 可靠、组织高效、安全智能，制定本标准。
1.0.2本标准适用于既有建筑相关信息及抗震设防等情况的 调查。
1.0.3既有建筑抗震设防调查除应符合本标准规定外，尚应符合 国家现行有关标准和现行中国工程建设标准化协会有关标准的 规定。
2术语
2.0.1既有建筑existing building 已建成可验收的或已投入使用的建筑物。
2.0.2既有建筑抗震设防调查seismic precautionary inves- tigation of existingbuilding 对调查范围内既有建筑进行的抗震设防基本情况调查， 包括既有建筑的基本信息、建筑信息和抗震设防基本信息及使用 情况等。
2.0.3城镇建筑urban building 城镇国有土地上的各类建筑物。
2.0.4农村建筑rural building 农村集体土地上的各类建筑物。
2.0.5调查主导部门investigation leading department 发起并负责既有建筑抗震设防调查的部门。
2.0.6调查范围investigation scope 由调查主导部门确定的被调查的既有建筑的行政区域范围和 建筑类别范围。
2.0.7调查时点investigation time nodes 由调查主导部门确定的调查时填报既有建筑各项信息的统一 时间节点。
2.0.8调查对象investigation object 在规定的调查范围和调查时点内的既有建筑。
2.0.9既有建筑地理信息系统geographic information sys- tem of existing building 用于支撑调查工作实施及调查成果管理的计算机信息平台， .2.
在计算机软件、硬件和网络环境支持下，可实现对既有建筑的空间 及各项信息的输入、编辑、存储、显示、检索、制图、综合分析、输出、 发布、更新、应用与服务功能。
2.0.10调查底图investigationbase map 基于高分辨率遥感影像、采用人机交互方式提取的，具有统一 参考坐标系且满足位置精度要求的既有建筑矢量数据。
2.0.11调查软件平台investigation softwareplatform 基于实际调查需求研发的软件平台，能够加载调查底图数据， 实现既有建筑空间位置及各项信息的标准化输人，包含数据采集、 质检审核及汇交等功能，可应用于电脑端和...
