1总则
1.0.1为规范给水用孔网骨架聚乙烯（PE）塑钢复合稳态管管 道的工程应用，做到技术先进、安全可靠、经济合理、确保质 量，制定本规程。

1.0.2本规程适用于新建、扩建和改建的市政、建筑小区室外 埋地敷设的生活、消防给水用孔网骨架聚乙烯（PE）塑钢复合 稳态管管道工程的设计、施工、质量检验及验收。

输送介质温度不宜大于40℃，压力不应大于4.0MPa。

1.0.4高烈度、湿陷性黄土、膨胀土、永冻土地区敷设给水用 孔网骨架聚乙烯（PE）塑钢复合稳态管管道时，尚应符合国家 现行有关标准的规定。

1.0.5给水用孔网骨架聚乙烯（PE）塑钢复合稳态管管道工程 除应符合本规程外，尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定。
