物理化学强化对再生混凝土收缩性能影响 Influence of Physical and Chemical Enhancement on Shrinkage Performance of Recycled Concrete
韩帅'2,李秋义',王中兴,曹瑜斌',谢汝鹏 (1.青岛理工大学,山东青岛266033;2.济南轨道交通集团有限公司,山东济南250101) 摘要:根据《混凝土用再生粗骨料》(GB/T25177-2010),废弃混凝土经简单破碎、一次颗粒整形和二次颗粒整形 后分别制得Ⅱ类再生粗骨料、准I类再生粗骨料和I类再生粗骨料,并将三类再生粗骨料在浓度6%的有机硅烷防水剂 代率(中,=0、50%、100%)取代天然骨料对再生混凝土的收缩性能的影响。
结果显示:再生粗骨料混凝土收缩性能为:SA -SI再生粗骨料混凝土>FA-SI再生粗骨料混凝土>SBA-SI再生粗骨料混凝土,且均优于普通混凝土;SBA-SI、FA-SI和 SA-SI再生粗骨料混凝土的收缩率均随着中,的增大而减小。

但由于再生骨料品质存在较大的差异,再生 废弃物为主要原材料,这大大缓解了我国建筑业对于骨料混凝土的耐久性往往低于普通混凝土,这给再生 砂石骨料的需求;并且建筑垃圾也得到了有效的回收混凝土广泛的应用带来了困难“-3。
