南京南站屋面网架长距离高空滑移安装技术
刘小刚',戴耀军,林冰²,庄桂成1 (1.中国建筑股份有限公司南京南站项目经理部,江苏南京211101; 2.中国建筑股份有限公司技术中心,北京101300) [摘要】南京南站屋面结构为双向正交正放网架,面积约为94032.8m²,周边低、中间高,四周均悬挑于柱外,最大 悬挑长度30m,具有跨度大、平面尺寸大及施工难度高等特点。
经过整体方案比选、技术攻关,采用“横向分单元逐 条高空滑移、端部高空平台小单元散装”的施工方法,完成了安装任务。
实践表明,该方案不但切实可行,而且可以 有效缩短施工工期,提高安装效率,并形成了大型铁路客运站房网架结构长距离高空逐条滑移安装施工技术。

The surrounding structure cantilevers outside column, and the maximum cantilever length is 30m. The authors analyze some and so on.By whole scheme parison and selection,technical research,the construction method with lateral high-sky sliding one by one by dividing unit and small unit bulk way on high altitude platform at end is used,thus the installation is finished sucessfully. Practice shows that the method not only is feasible,but also effectively shortens construction period,and improves installation efficiency.The installation technology with long-distance and high level sliding one by one is created in the grid structure construction of large-scale railway passenger station buildings.
