某住宅建筑爆炸后承重构件置换与加固

[摘要]某5层砖混结构住宅由于发生煤气爆炸致使结构发生局部破坏,爆炸造成房间内承重墙体鼓闪裂缝变形, 预制板断裂和承重梁下挠开裂。
根据现场鉴定进行结构加固设计和施工处理,通过采用置换方式把预制空心板改 为槽钢加现浇混凝土板,把原梁凿除后置换为同截面的现浇梁,消除了爆炸对主体结构的影响,保证了该住宅楼的 安全性。

Based on site investigation, the retrofitting design andreconstruction were performed. Specifically,the precast slabs were replaced by channel steel with cast-in-situ concrete slab.The original beam was removed and replaced by cast-in-situ concrete beam of the same cross-section.The retrofitting work eliminated the influence of gas explosion on the main structure and ensured the safety of the residential building. 1工程概况室内破坏情况如图1所示。
淄博市某住宅楼为1998年建成的砖混结构住②④7 宅,共5层(带半地下室),建筑面积1735m²,7度抗27002 9502 6001 800 震设防,砌体结构材料为MU10机制砖和M5.0混 合砂浆,结构内的圈梁、构造柱、过梁、花篮梁均为操跨中出现宽裂缝, 现浇,混凝土强度等级为C20,钢筋强度等级为Ⅱ出现明显下绕变形 级,楼板主要为预制空心板。
008 2010年11月,该住宅楼1-201室因管道液化气出现横裂缝 泄露发生爆炸事故,造成1-201室、1-101室两户房C 屋结构构件严重损坏,尤其是1层顶板出现了严重楼橱房间顶概上为爆炸点楼板裂缝宽 断裂和坍塌,1层客厅顶部花篮梁产生下挠,跨中出新裂,塌陷1500长裂缝0.1宽 现横向拉伸裂缝,卧室承重墙体出现鼓闪裂缝变裂缝宽2,长3过梁裂缝0.8宽B 形,由爆炸引起的火灾使得部分墙体脱落。
