2015年9月下 施工技术 第44卷第18期 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 23 D0I:10.7672/5js2015180023 胶粉复合改性沥青最佳制备工艺 及其溶胀时间试验研究 肖鹏,蔡冬艳,徐亚 (扬州大学建筑科学与工程学院,江苏扬州225127) [摘要]针对目前胶粉改性沥青性能存在的不足,以金陵70号道路石油沥青、中胶40目胶粉、YH-791SBS以及维 他连接剂TOR作为原材料,确定最佳制各工艺,研发胶粉复合改性沥青.主要探究胶粉与SBS两种改性剂的添加 工艺以及溶胀时间对胶粉复合改性沥青性能的影响.试验研究表明:胶粉与SBS同时掺人道路石油沥青,且溶胀 时间为I时,制备的胶粉复合改性沥青路用性能最佳,其高温稳定性能和弹性恢复性能较TOR橡胶沥青和SBS改 性沥青有显著改善. [关键词]建筑材料;沥青;胶粉;制备工艺;溶胀时间 [中图分类号]U416.217 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1002-8498(2015)18-0023-04 The Best Preparation and Swelling Time Study of the Powder Composite Modified Asphalt Xiao Peng Cai Dongyan Xu Ya College of Ciril Science and Engineering Yangzhou University Yangzhou Jiangsu 225127 China) Abstract:Aiming at the shortage of the rubber asphalt this study selected No.70 Jinling road asphalt Zhongjiao 40 mesh powder YH-791 SBS and VITA linking agent TOR as raw material to determine the best preparation process and develop the powder posite modified asphalt.This article mainly explores the influence of the powder and SBS's adding process and swelling time on the powder posite modified asphalt performance.Experimental research shows that:when the powder is added together with SBS into the road asphalt and the swelling time is one hour the powder posite modified asphalt has the best performance.Its high temperature stability and elastic recovery performance is better than TOR rubber asphalt and SBS modified asphalt significantly.
