施工技术 2010年8月 144 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 第39卷第8期 广州天建花园空中连体结构整体提升技术 袁鹅程,蒋礼,邻国雄,王鹃,汪永胜,朱红兵 (中建钢构有限公司,广东深圳518040) 【摘要]广州天建花园B-1栋与B-2栋为双塔连体结构,包括钢桁架连体结构和空中游泳池结构两部分.根据结构 特点及施工场地情况,采用液压同步整体提升技术,选取主楼框架柱作为提升吊点.钢桁架连体结构提升就位后, 为避免其对钢绞线的影响,提升上吊点设计成双牛腿式,并在双牛腿上方设置短滑移梁.重点介绍了提升平台、支 架、错点设计、工艺原理以及施工工艺.并对提升支架进行验算,结果表明各构件强度、整体与局部稳定性均满足 要求. Ltd.Shenzhen Guangdong 518040 China) Abstract:B-1 and B-2 buildings in Guangzhou Tianjian Garden are two-tower connection structure which include steel truss connection structure and air swimming structure.According to structural characteristics and condition on site integral hydraulic synchronous lifting technology is adopted and it chooses frame column of main building as lifting points.After location of steel truss connection structure in order to avoid influence on steel strand upper lifting point is designed as double bracket type on which short sliding beam is set.The design principle and construction technology of lifting platform stent and anchorage point are introduced in detail.And the lifting stent is checked the results show that the strength integral and local stability of ponents can meet requirements.
