1总则
1.0.1为了规范电子工业纯水系统安装工程的施工管理，统一工 程施工质量的验收，保证工程质量，制定本规范。
1.0.2本规范适用于新建、改建、扩建的电子工业纯水系统的安 装及验收。
1.0.3纯水系统施工应按经批准的施工图、相关的技术标准及合 同约定的技术内容进行，施工图修改应有设计单位的设计变更通 知书或技术核定签证。
1.0.4纯水系统工程安装及验收除应符合本规范的规定外，尚应 符合国家现行有关标准的规定。
