结果表明,内保温和外保温复合板的传热系数相当,面夹层保温复合板的 传热系数相对较大。
其中,60mm厚结构层+100mm厚保温层的复合板传热系数约为1.0W/(m²K),基本满足公 共建筑节能设计标准有关夏热冬冷地区的限值要求。
[关键词]保温复合板;温度;热流;传热系数;试验 【中图分类号】TU227【文献标识码】A[文章编号]1002-8498(2016)06-0087-04 ExperimentalStudy onHeat-transfer CharacteristicsofLightweight InsulationBoardwithDifferentLaminatedComposites Wang Qingxuan', Shi Yunxing',Qu Tiejun²,Liu Wei',Zhang Yan’gang’ (1.China State Consruction Engineering Co.,Technical Center,Beijing101300,China; 2.Architecture and CivilEngineeringCollegeofNorthChinaUniverstyofTechnology,Beijing100041,China) Abstract:In this experimental study,lightweight insulation boards made of normal concrete(NC)/ ceramsite cellular concrete (CCC) laminated posites were divided into the internal,external and sandwiched insulation.Withamethod of heat flowmeter,temperature changes and heat flux through the boards were synchronously measured,then calculation of heat transfer coeffcients of the boards and contrastive analysis were conducted.The results showed that the heat transfer coefficient of the internal insulation was approximate to that of the external insulation,however,heat transfer coeficient of the sandwiched insulation was a litte higher.In addition, the heat transfer coefficient of thelaminated board of 60mm NC together with 100mm CCC layer was about 1.0W/(m²K), and it could basically satisfy the energy efficiency design standard of public buildings in the hot summer and cold winter zone.
