1总则
1.0.1为规范装配式钢结构公共厕所建筑应用技术，做到适用安 全、技术先进、经济合理和节能环保，制定本规程。
1.0.2本规程适用于城乡装配式钢结构公共厕所的设计、生产、 施工、验收、交付、使用维护与回收。
1.0.3装配式钢结构公共厕所应用技术，除应符合本规程规定 外，尚应符合国家现行有关标准和现行中国工程建设标准化协会 有关标准的规定。
