常州指环形摩天轮景观塔建造方法研究
郭正兴,段凯元 (东南大学土木工程学院,江苏南京210096) [摘要】以亚洲首个指环形摩天轮-常州紫荆公园景观塔为工程背景,对该结构的建造方法进行研究。
不同于 传统的轮辐式摩天轮结构,新型指环形摩天轮结构在轮盘内部不设置轮辐索杆体系,且轮盘直接坐落于地面。
由 于结构形式特殊,缺少可参考的工程资料,不能采用轮辐式摩天轮的建造方法,经过方案比选,创新性地采用辅助 拉索及杆的两侧对称竖立悬臂安装方法进行施工。
通过对安装方案及工艺的研究,以变形控制为原则经模拟计 算确定了合理的施工过程及控制程序。
监测结果表明结构的施工内力和成型后的变形均满足要求,证明该建造方 法合理可靠。

The ring-shaped ferris wheel which was seated on the floor and did not install the spoke-type cable in the wheel was differ from the ferris wheel with spoke-type.Because of the structure characteristics,there isn’t reference engineering data, and the construction of ferris wheel with spoke-type is not suitable for the structure. The installation method of cantilevered construction with bilateral symmetry is adopted under the help of horizontal cable and mast by program parison. Through the research on the installation program and process,taking the structure deformation controlling asprinciple,therational construction and controlling process are ensuredby calculating.The monitoring result shows that the internal force during construction and the deformation after forming of the structure meet requirements,and the construction method is rational and reliable.
