1总则
1.0.1为规范环压连接不锈钢衬塑管道工程技术应用，做到技术 先进、经济合理、安全卫生、维护方便，确保工程质量，制定本规程。
1.0.2本规程适用于新建、改建和扩建的民用与工业建筑中采用 环压连接不锈钢衬塑管道的给水管道工程和室内燃气管道工程的 设计、施工及验收。
1.0.3环压连接不锈钢衬塑给水管道的工作压力不应大于 1.6MPa，冷水管道输送介质温度不应高于40℃，热水管道输送介 质温度不应高于70℃。
室内燃气管道的工作压力不应大于 10kPa，环境工作温度为一20°℃～60℃。
1.0.4环压连接不锈钢衬塑管道工程的设计、施工及验收，除应 符合本规程规定外，尚应符合国家现行有关标准和现行中国工程 建设标准化协会有关标准的规定。
