前 言
本规范根据《国家能源局关于下达2017行业标准制（修）订计划的通知》（国能综通科技（2017）52）文的要求制定.
本规范共分9章.主要内容包括：总则、术语与符号、基本规定、金属结构安装、电除尘器安装、袋式除尘器安装、烟气脱硝装置、烟气脱硫系统、垃圾焚烧锅炉烟气处理系统.
本规范由中国电力企业联合会提出.
