1总则
1.0.1为了在广西壮族自治区地基处理的设计、施工、质量检 验中贯彻国家的技术经济政策，做到安全适用、技术先进、确保质量、经济合理、保护环境，制订本规程.1.0.2本规程适用于广西壮族自治区行政区域内房屋建筑与市政工程地基处理的设计、施工、质量检验.1.0.3地基处理应做到因地制宜、就地取材、节约资源和保护 环境等.1.0.4标准与现行行业标准《建筑地基处理技术规范》JGJ79配套使用.1.0.5地基处理除应符合本规程的规定外，尚应满足国家、行业和广西壮族自治区现行有关标准的规定.
