1 Scope
These specifications specify the principles that shall be followed in the design of dispatch automation system in district networks.
These specifications apply to the planning, design and feasibility study of dispatch automation system in district networks, district network dispatch automation engineering, and the design of small-sized hydropower stations, thermal power stations, and substations under the jurisdiction of district network centralized control station and district network dispatch center. These specifications can be used as a reference in the design of expanded/retrofitted generation and transformation projects in district networks.

1 Scope
This guide has specified the methods for selection and calculation of current transformers and voltage
transformers used in electric power projects,including the requirements on performance of transformers for
protection and measurement,selection of types and parameters of transformers and the relevant calculation
methods.This guide mainly purports to specify the secondary requirements of current transformers and voltage
transformers.
This guide is applicable to conventional AC current transformers,electromagnetic voltage transformers,
capacitor voltage transformers,auxiliary current transformers and auxiliary voltage transformers,but is not
applicable to electronic transformers with low level output,converters exclusively used within the measuring
and protection devices,DC current transformers,exclusively-used AC operation transformers and transformers
specially designed for laboratory.
