Ltd.Hefei Anhui 230601 China) Abstract:The dam abutment slope is posed of fractured and weathered seriously rhyolite porphyry with criss-crossing joints and it will form U-shaped foundation trench after excavation.Given that there are some difficulties for foundation trench excavation the foundation trench was divided into different blasting zones and the technology bing pre-splitting blasting for base surface zone with bulk blasting for main zone was adopted to excavate the foundation trench.The application of the blasting technology improves flatness of base surface reduces the explosive volume and achieves better economic benefit. Key words:dams;blasting;trench priming network;residual rate 1工程概况 坝址区岩石风化程度不一,强风化厚度大多为5m 某水库大坝为碾压混凝土重力坝型,坝顶高程左右,微风化岩体中夹有强~弱风化岩体,呈囊状.大 726.300m 建基面高程650.000m 坝高76.3m.大坝岸坡岩石呈严重的破碎状,风化较为严重,岸坡开挖 坝坝顶宽6.5m 长180.5m.坝址处呈“V”字形河深度较大,大坝岸坡开挖后形成“U”形基槽. 谷,属于中低山侵蚀峡谷地形.坝址区地貌复杂,2岸坡U形基槽开挖方法优选 地势高低起伏,高差大.坝区段河道较为顺直,呈2.1岸坡分层开挖高度的确定 北东走向.河谷谷底与两侧山顶高差约150~ 大坝左、右岸岸坡开挖高度大于坝高,约90 200m.河谷高程654.000~656.000m 底宽20~ 多m 设计要求分成10个台阶施工,每层台阶开挖 40m 河床比降约为2%o. 高度一般为8~10m 每个台阶接近相应的平台预留 坝址区山体坡陡,岩石裸露,断裂发育,节理、垂直高度2.0m的保护层. 裂隙纵横交错,岩体呈破碎状.地质调查资料表 分层高度既与设计有关,同时又与建基面爆 明,大坝坝址区的岩石为“中元古界熊耳群许山组 破钻孔倾斜度有关.从施工角度分析,主要是控 流纹斑岩”,河谷缓坡处多为薄层坡积层.坝址区 制爆破钻孔的倾斜率.钻孔孔斜不应超过0.5%, 断裂横切河谷,大多倾向东北方向,最为发育的断 10m深的孔底偏差值为:0.5%x10=5cm 两孔孔 裂走向近东西方向,其次为近南北方向. 底之间距离误差值范围则为:-10cm≤8≤10cm. 因此,从施工角度分析,台阶高度不宜超过10m. The vibration which transmits to surface not only disturbs residents but also makes a greater environment impacting. This paper takes a subway shield zone tunnel of Beijing Metro Line 10 for an example, carries out field tests of vibration of shield segment and ground surface. The propagation laws of environmental vibration are summarized by analysis on test data. The result shows that the vibration caused by shield construction is closed related to the particle size.The vibration influenced distance in the cave will be 1.5 ~2 times of the hole diameter. The surface vibration acceleration level near the cutter-head is beyond the regulatory requirements. The exponential atenuation rules of the surface acceleration will be showed. The high-frequency has a faster attenuation in transmission process. The main frequency is about 30 ~ 50Hz far from cutter-head. Abstract: Lingshan tunnel is a key engineering of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project, which has many uncertain factors and plex problems in construction. In order to implement the project smoothly, it is worth to research how to establish a scientific and reasonable construction schedule. The paper applied information diffusion theory to the construction progress network diagram so as to estimate main work time and determine the key circuit. Therefore, the project managers can calculate the total duration of Lingshan tunnel engineering more accurately and offer reliable evidence for the follow-up engineerings.
