Through the simulation of deep excavation, the mechanism of load transfer and settlement of the pile loaded after deep excavation are studied. Then, parametric research of pile testing used steel bar meter suggested in this paper are conducted,the results show that theeffective pile length,reinforcement meter loss ratio is small,and the excavation depth increases, the loss ratio change at the level of 10% to 15%. It is suggested that the bearing capacity of uplift piles after excavation can have a reduction in 10% to 15% in experience according to the suggested test pile used steel bar meter. Abstract :For a project in central Zhengzhou, the process of percussion drilling on deep glued layer was monitored. The major monitoring parameters included surface acceleration , deep layered acceleration and layered settlement. Based on analysis of layered settlements and surface vibration spectrum, conclusions were drawn regarding the principles of surface vibration and the degree of disturbance to mucky silty clay caused by the drilling process. The environmental impact induced by drilling construction was properly evaluated. This study shows that vibration caused by drilling decreases rapidly in surface and formation. The measured vibration frequencies are mainly in high-frequency side. Vibration caused by drilling did not resonate with building, and hence the impact on building was limited. Ground settlements were mainly caused by vibration-subsidence of soft layers. Differential settlement of the building is less than the regulatory requirements. Dual groundwater level control is the guidepost of integrated design and operation control,the method that pumping water by the pipeline was injected directly into aquifers can avoid contamination of aquifers, and pared with the tap water it can save the water resource. The connotation,principle,characteristics and control points of pumping-recharge integration system were discussed. At last taking the hub station of Hanzhong Road Station in Shanghai as an example, the application and engineering practice of the deep foundation excavation pumping-recharge integration design and operation control were summarized. The result shows that the pillars sunk firstly and uplifted then,and the boundary is related to the depth of foundation excavation and soil properties. The deep and shallow foundation excavation is divided according to it. It was found that the pillars confined the changing bottom of foundation excavation and the stability was improved. The horizontal displacement of the soils, the settlement of ground and uplifts in the bottom of the foundation increase with,the increase of the excavation depth.The numerical simulation method can provide guidance for the project construction. Based on the chaos optimization algorithm, the author optimizes anchoring scheme which reduces the cost at 25.4%.The determination of design variables, objective function,constraint condition and optimization algorithm in anchoring optimization scheme are introduced. Compared with the calculation and monitoring results of pile body horizontal displacement and ground settlement, it can be known that the changes of the two laws are basically the same, which verifies the reliability of the numerical simulation results. Based on this model, it is obtained that increasing the stiffness of retaining piles is an effective measure to reduce the horizontal displacement of retaining structure and the settlement of adjacent buildings,and the stability of foundation excavation is improved to a certain extent by increasing the stiffness of steel support. At the same time, the relationship between the maximum lateral displacement of the retaining structure and the maximum surface settlement can be fitted with a straight line y = kx,and it can be bined with the design scheme to estimate the maximum surface subsidence value, which has a certain practical significance.
