The paper applied information diffusion theory to the construction progress network diagram so as to estimate main work time and determine the key circuit. Therefore, the project managers can calculate the total duration of Lingshan tunnel engineering more accurately and offer reliable evidence for the follow-up engineerings.

The author proposes the method of three-dimensional high-sky position measurement control in the building.
