Some reasonable additional design and modification for preliminary design is described during the process of steel structure design. The analysis demonstrates inclined column X-type node can be designed to meet bearing capacity requirements. Wind load value of CBK is chosen according to the American standard ASCE7-05 and wind tunnel test reports. In order to check the deformation and stress of the structural members throughout the construction process, simulation analysis of construction process in different construction schemes was studied by finite element analysis software ETABS. The more reasonable construction scheme is selected by parison, which is applied to ensure the construction safety during the construction process of plex super high-rise building. The results from an illustrative example show that the simplified calculation model with no diagonal bracing is reasonable. Based on that, a calculation model with diagonal bracing was established and the equivalent spring rigidity of diagonal bracing can be obtained bining the experimental values and the values from finite element calculations. The test results were pared against the calculated ultimate bearing capacities assuming pin,rigid and semi-rigid connections between the horizontal members and vertical members respectively. The result shows that the calculation model with semi-rigid connection simulated the test result best. Disparity of mortar strength, which was tested by penetration method,between mortar blocks and mortar joints was discussed.The influence of maintenance condition,constraint condition and laying quality on mortar strength was analyzed. The vibration which transmits to surface not only disturbs residents but also makes a greater environment impacting. This paper takes a subway shield zone tunnel of Beijing Metro Line 10 for an example, carries out field tests of vibration of shield segment and ground surface. The propagation laws of environmental vibration are summarized by analysis on test data. The result shows that the vibration caused by shield construction is closed related to the particle size.The vibration influenced distance in the cave will be 1.5 ~2 times of the hole diameter. The surface vibration acceleration level near the cutter-head is beyond the regulatory requirements. The exponential atenuation rules of the surface acceleration will be showed. The high-frequency has a faster attenuation in transmission process. The main frequency is about 30 ~ 50Hz far from cutter-head.
