Meanwhile, the relationship between construction hoist and interior and exterior self-climbing formwork was determined.The work was reduced by analyzing of type choosing and relationship integrating between construction equipment.It is convenient for 3-dimensions cross operation and can increase the construction operation area in order to enhance the safety factor. This paper introduced technical principle and process of this method,and then introduced in detail the key technical measures in construction.Engineering practice shows that the application of the method can meet the requirements of construction progress,quality and safety. 施工技术 2012年4月下 102 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 第41卷第363期 结构顶板浇筑过程中高支模响应全程分析 何战武1,汪杰2,李存良 (1.陕西建工集团机械施工有限公司,陕西西安710032:2.百安建筑科技大学土木工程学院,陕西西安710055) [摘要]对于钢筋混凝土结树而言,高大模板支撑体系搭设质量的好坏直接影响著结构施工过程的安全与否,因此对 高大模板支撑体系的空间工作机理的研究就显得尤为重要.为探究高大模板支撑体系在浇筑过程中其内部杆件响 应的特征,以西安市某地下会所顶板及梁的浇筑过程为研究对象,采用电测法对模板支撑体系在混凝土浇筑过程中 的应力进行测量,并将测量结果同有限元计算软件ANSYS所模拟出的结果进行对比.经过对比发现:纵、横向的剪刀 撑及受力情况相差较大,且板下立杆的轴力从上到下依次减小,而梁下的立杆则经历了两个阶段的变化最终是现出 与板下立杆截然不同的结果.由此可推断:浇筑方法的不同会使得不同部位的立杆在混凝土浇筑的过程中轴力体观 出不同的变化趋势;剪刀撑在高大模板支撑体系中搭设方案的好坏直接影响到横杆的受力情况,合理搭设剪刀撑会 使其承担较大部分的水平荷载,而不合理的剪刀撑搭设方案将使横杆承担大部分的水平荷载. The influence of some factors on the internal force of lining segment is analyzed, such as the section form, the thickness of the segment, the block number and the joint bending stifness.The results show that the sections of similar ellipse and the curved wall and arch are the best on bearing force under the condition of four section forms. Changing the number of the block affects small on the intermal force of the segment. The influence of bending moment and shearing force of the lining segment is greater than axial force with the change of joint stifness. The change of internal force is rapid when the joint stiffness is small, and then flattens.
