前言
本规范是根据原建设部《关于印发的通知》 (建标(2008)105号)的要求,由中讯邮电咨询设计院有限公司编制完成。
本规范在编制过程中,规范编制组学习了有关现行国家法律、法规及标准,进行了调查研究, 总结了多年来通信局(站)防雷与接地设计的经验,对规范条文反复讨论修改,在广泛征求意见的 基础上,最后经审查定稿。
本规范共分9章和7个附录。
主要内容包括:总则、术语、基本规定、综合通信大楼的防雷与 接地、有线通信局(站)的防雷与接地、移动通信基站的防雷与接地、小型通信站的防雷与接地、 微波、卫星地球站的防雷与接地、通信局(站)雷电过电压保护设计等。
本规范中以黑体字标志的条文为强制性条文,必须严格执行。
本规范由住房和城乡建设部负责管理和对强制性条文的解释,由中讯邮电咨询设计院有限公司 负责具体技术内容的解释。
