掺复合减水剂生土改性材料流变与力学性能研究* Research on the Rheological and Mechanical Properties of Modified Raw Soil Material adding Compound reducing Water Agent

(天津城市建设学院材料科学与工程学院,天津300384) 摘要:研究了掺木质素和萘系减水剂与激发剂的改性生土材料流变和力学性能,当水灰比为0.6时,蒸系减水 剂:木质素减水剂为46,掺量为1%时,改性生土泥浆的分散效果最好;当水灰比为0.5时,蔡系:木质素减水剂为64, 掺量为1%时,改性生土泥浆的分散效果最好。
掺木质素和黎系复合减水剂与激发剂的改性生土材料,其生土强度提高 最大;复合减水剂的比例为萘系:木质素=11和复合减水剂掺量为1%,生土改性材料抗压强度达到40MPa。

The testing results are as follows: when water cement ratio is 0, 6, adding 1% mass pound reducing water agent which naphthalene to lignin ratiois 46, the dispersion effet of modified raw soil slurry is best; meanwhile the water cement ratiois 0.5, ading 1% masspound reducing water agent which naphthaliene to ignin ratio is 6 4, the modified raw soil slurry also has the best dispersion effeet. The strength of raw soil modified by lignin and naphthalene pound reduc- ing water agent and activatoris imperoved the most : and the pressive strength of modified raw soil materials, with 1% pound re ducing water agent which naphthalene to lignin ratio is 1 1, has archived to 40 MPa. 在实际应用中,为克服混凝土的 化剂,它是一类表面活性剂的土壤固化剂,具有高电荷经时性损失问题,人们采用缓凝剂木质素和萘系减水 强度,其解离出来的阳离子可以将土粒上的阳离子置剂复合的办法。
