2016年9月上 施工技术 第45卷第17期 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 5 D0I:10.7672/sgjs2016170005 腾讯(北京)总部大楼大悬挑钢结构施工 全过程模拟与监测研究* 周进兵,高稳,张宝燕 (中建三局第一建设工程有限责任公司,湖北武汉430048) [摘要]通过ANSYS软件模拟分析施工全过程,得出钢结构安装预调值,制订可行的钢结构安装及卸载方案.使 用智能测量机器人监测结构安装及卸载变形,同时采用光纤应变计监控安装及施工过程中应力变化,确保结构施 工安全及变形可控.通过对施工过程中预调值的实施,以及结构卸载变形数据与应力监测数据的分析,发现预调 值与结构荷载、支撑压缩变形有关.不同温度下,越靠近悬挑结构端部,结构变形受温度影响越明显.在结构卸载 约5d内,结构内力重分布基本完成,结构趋于稳定.
