2011年7月下 施工技术 第40卷第345期 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOCY 23 深圳证券交易所营运中心标准化 组装胎架设计与应用 王朝阳，陈治，叶滨，杨松，纪宏喜 （中建钢构有聚公司，广东深圳518040） [摘要】深圳证券交易所营运中心工程裙楼拾升至距地面36m，为高空大跨度空间巨型悬挑钢桁架结构，钢桁架悬 换部分下弦共46个节点，采用在节点底部搭设临时支撑胎架安装悬挑结构。
胎架为格构式钢管结构，设计为单片 式标准件，现场组装成6m或4m标准节，竖向各标准节之间采用法兰螺栓连接，胎架间设置2层连系桁架，并在胎 架端跨设置钢拉杆，保证胎架局部和整体的稳固。
标准化组装胎架实现了大型支撑措施的可重复利用，且拼装简 便，保管方便，大大降低了施工成本。

The podium is large-span space cantilever steel truss assembled in high-sltitude. The bottom chord of the cantilever part in the steel truss has 46 joints. The cantilever structure is instailled by selting temporary support frame under the joints. The frame is lattice steel pipe structure with monolithic standard members to be assembled as 6m or 4m standard sections on-site. Each standard section in vertical is connected by flange bolts. Two-layer connecting trusses are set between frames，and steel tension rod is set at the end span of the frame to assure local and the whole stability. The standard assembly frame can be used repeatedly as the large supporting system, and it can be simply assembled and conveniently saved， which can lower construction cost.
