施工技术 2010年6月 104 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 第39卷第6期 上海1933老场坊检测与评估 刘华波1，王红因2，朱春明1 (1.上海市建科学研究院（集团）有限公司上海市工程结构新技术重点实验室，上海200032； 2.上海师范大学建筑工程学院，上海201418) [摘要]1933老场坊原先为上海工部局宰性场，为上海市第4批优秀历史建筑，房屋平面布局外方内圆，主体结构 为四层无梁楼盖结构.根据优秀历史建筑检测评估要求，对该房屋进行了包括建筑结构复核测绘、材料力学性能 检测、完损状况检测、沉降变形检测等内容的现场检测，依据现场检测内容并结合计算分析结果综合评定了该历史 建筑的结构安全性和整体抗震性能，提出了该房屋的特色保护内容，同时针对结构中存在的薄弱环节提出了相应 的加固建议.
