然而，没有先进技术作支撑的盲目抢工 期，时有发生质量、安全事故，增加了施工成本，付出了高昂代价。
基于施工安全、施工质量、施工进度、工程成本、 绿色施工、技术先进等6个性能指标，提出了优质高效建造理念，并形成优质高效建造量化评价方法；创新形成优 质高效建造优化设计、施工技术、高效施工管理技术清单；研发出优质高效建造进度管理与预警平台，实现动态实 时预警和优质高效建造优化综合管理。
优质高效建造技术成功化解了“快速（工期）与质量、安全、成本、绿色环保、 技术先进性，等多对“矛盾体"，对工期要求紧、质量要求高的快速施工具有借鉴意义。

However，blindly speeding up the construction schedule without advanced techniques usually causes risks of quality and safety accidents，and increase of the engineering cost. Based on six performance indexes of construction safety， construction quality， construction schedule，construction cost，green construction，advanced technology，the concept and quantitative evaluation method of excellent-quality and high-efficiency construction are presented. Optimization design，construction technology，effcient construction management technology list of excellent-quality and high-efficiency construction is innovatively proposed.Information early warning and management platform of excellent-quality and high-efficiency construction is developed to realize dynamically real-time warning and optimizational or prehensive management.
