施工技术 2015年5月下 72 CONSTRUCTIONTECHNOLOGY 第44卷第10期 DOI:10.7672/sgjs201510072 绿色施工示范工程管理系统设计与实现 王凤起 （中国建筑业协会，北京100081） 【摘要】为实现绿色施工示范工程“数据一个库、监管一张网、管理一条线”的工作目标，采取网上办公，网上申报、 网上管理、网上评审，利用计算机科学与技术管理系统，针对绿色示范工程的总体要求，提高工作效率，根据中国建 筑业协会切身的实际需要，建立了绿色施工示范工程管理系统。
通过对绿色施工示范工程管理方面业务的梳 理分析，整理相关的业务流程，明确业务节点，结合当前主流的信息化建设方面的理念，本系统以SQLSERVER数 据库为基础，结合了ADO.NET等开发工具与语言，确定了数据库系统应具备的性能与功能，统一规范了各项表单 的数据项。
根据系统的功能设计，利用表单设计工具以及流程管理引攀实现了功能的软件设计。
通过对系统的全 面测试，确认系统的功能达到了中国建筑业协会和建筑业企业的工作要求。
