1.0.1为规范西北村镇分布式压缩空气储能及微网供能技术应 用，做到安全适用、技术先进、经济合理，制定本导则。
1.0.2本导则适用于西北村镇分布式压缩空气储能及微网供能 系统的设计、施工、验收及运行维护。
1.0.3西北村镇分布式压缩空气储能及微网供能技术应用除应 符合本导则规定外，尚应符合国家现行有关标准和现行中国工程 建设标准化协会有关标准的规定。
