赵艳敏 (北京京北职业技术学院建筑工程系,北京101400) [摘要】为解决超高层建筑中副框式单元玻璃幕墙的构造设计问题,结合某实际工程介绍了其节点构造设计方案, 提出了计算排水透气孔面积的经验公式,解决了等压腔设计的关键问题,从而保证了副框单元式玻璃幕墙的水密 性能1nn另外,设计中将副框与主受力构件的组合截面作为计算截面进行变形计算1nn为验证设计方案的可行性,采 用1:1比例单元板块试验模型对其进行了气密性、水密性、风荷载位移变形性能及安全性能试验1nn最后结合设计与 试验结果分析,给出了超高层建筑中副框式单元玻璃幕墙相关设计建议1nn [关键词]装饰装修;高层建筑;副框式单元玻璃幕墙;设计;性能;试验 [中图分类号】TU767.6 [文献标识码】A [文章编号]1002-8498(2015)09-0020-04 DesignandPerformanceExperimentalStudyonUnitized GlassCurtainWallwithSub-frame ZhaoYanmin (DepartmentofConstructionEngineering,Northern BeijingVocationalEducationInstitute,Bejing101400,China) Abstract:To solve the structural design for the unitized glass curtain wall with sub-frame applied at super high-rise building,a project design scheme is introduced and the empirical formula for area of the drainage and air ventilation hole is proposed to solve the key issue of the pressure equalization cavity design which ensures the water tightness performance of the curtain wall. In addition,the pound section of main structural element and sub-frame is used for the deflection calculation in the design. The air permeability,water tightness,resistance to wind load,vertical and inter-story drifts and safety test with scale 1: 1 of the units model are developed for the design feasibility and the test results are studied. In the end,the design suggestions are proposed for the unitized glass curtain wall with sub-frame specified used for super high-rise buildings based on that.
