1总则
1.0.1为规范变角速高压旋喷防渗墙的工程应用，做到工程安 全、质量可靠、技术先进、经济环保，制定本规程。
1.0.2本规程适用于工程建设中采用变角速高压旋喷防渗墙的 设计、施工和质量检查与验收。
1.0.3变角速旋喷防渗墙的设计与施工应符合节约资源、保护 环境、绿色施工的原则。
应根据工程勘察成果资料、工程性质、 施工条件和场地环境条件，合理选择设计与施工参数，加强施工 过程中的信息化管理与质量控制。
1.0.4变角速高压旋喷防渗墙的设计、施工和质量验收除应符 合本规程规定外，尚应符合国家现行有关标准和现行中国工程建 设标准化协会有关标准的规定。
2术语
2.0.1高压旋喷防渗墙high-pressurejet groutingcut-offwall 高压旋喷管在360°水平范围内匀速旋转喷射并提升，形成 的圆柱形凝结体相互搭接组成的连续防渗墙体。
2.0.2变角速旋喷variably sprayingjetgrouting 通过控制旋喷嘴在360°水平范围内做变角速度旋转喷射并 提升，形成矩形等断面凝结体的高压喷射工艺，简称变喷。
2.0.3变角速高压旋喷防渗墙variablysprayingjetgrouting cut-off wall 采用变喷工艺形成的矩形断面凝结体互相搭接组成的连续防 渗墙体，简称变喷防渗墙。
2.0.4变角速度比ratioofvariable angularvelocity 旋喷管在360°范围内做变角速喷时采用的最大角速度与最 小角速度之比。
