吴江市震泽中学体育场钢屋盖吊装及张拉研究
曹国辉 (深圳奥意建筑工程设计有限公司,广东深圳518031) [摘要]吴江市震泽中学体育场分为东、西2个看台,东区跨度为170.7m,主骨架为梭柱斜拉索网格结构,西区跨度 为224.0m,主骨架为背拉索大悬挑网格结构。
根据东、西区屋盖受力特点,东区拉索随梭柱一同吊装,一次张拉到 位,胎架主动脱架、屋盖自然成型的方法;西区采用一次张拉,通过胎架落架使拉索达到设计值的方法。
采用Midns 软件对拉索张拉方案进行仿真模拟,确定了张拉的可行性和监控要点,为整个屋盖的施工提供了数据支持。

Span of east part is 170. 7m which mechanical system is gird structure with angled prestressed cable. Span of west part is 224. 0m which mechanical system is projecting truss with back prestressed cable. Based on stress characteristics of the two parts, installation method that shutle column and cables are hoisted simultaneously, then tensioned in place once for all and roof forming naturally is adopted in east part, while installation method that single tension and making cables meet design values according to backout bracket of jig in west part is used. By simulation calculation of Midas software, construction of the whole roof is proved practical. It provide construction monitoring data for construction. Key words;steel roof;hoisting; tension; simulation calculation; construction monitoring 1工程概况 吴江市震泽中学体育场位于吴江市新城区,总 建筑面积为55325m²,共设有坐席14530座,属于 中型体育场,是震泽中学新校区的重要组成部分。
体育场分为东、西2个看台(见图1),屋盖体系均为 预应力拉索网格结构,东区屋面覆盖面积约 3850m²,西区覆盖面积约5160m²(含造型支架约a鸟瞰 b平面 6 150m²)。

在 示,屋面主要结构单元有梭柱、主桁架、次桁架、封口半边结构中(见图2),由中间到端部共设4根梭柱, 桁架、背桁架、前索、后索、钢棒(抗风索)、撑杆、膜柱顶标高分别为44.5,43.1,40.1,35.5m;4福主析 骨架及骨架支撑。
