1总则
1.0.1为规范移动终端建筑设备管理系统的技术要求，做到技 术先进、功能适用、安全稳定、便捷高效，制定本规程。
1.0.2本规程适用于民用建筑移动终端建筑设备管理系统的设 计、调试、检测、验收、运行和维护。
1.0.3移动终端建筑设备管理系统建设除应符合本规程外，尚 应符合国家现行有关标准的规定。
2术语
2.0.1移动终端mobileterminal 具有移动通信能力的终端设备，通常指智能手机、平板电 脑等。
2.0.2建筑设备buildingequipment 指建筑内供配电、暖通空调、照明、给水排水、电梯等 设备。
2.0.3建筑设备监控系统工作站buildingautomationsystems server 安装并运行建筑设备监控系统的计算机。
2.0.4移动终端建筑设备管理系统buildingequipmentman- agement system usingmobileterminals 在移动终端实现对建筑设备设施运维管理的智能系统，简称 “移动终端管理系统”。
