1范围
1 Scope
本标准规定了甘肃能源公司巴基斯坦分公司（以下简称分公司）工作票的使用、考核及管理.本标准适用于分公司检修项目的人员：适用于外委工作需办理工作票的工作项目.
This standard stipulates the use assessment and management of the work tickets of the Gansu
Energy Pakistan Branch (hereinafter referred to as the Branch ).
This standard applies to all personnel of al maintenance projects of the branch; it is applicable towork items that require work tickets for the work of the ouutresourced or third party.
