Housing and Urban-Rural Development (MOHIURD) - *Notice on Printing anid Distributing *the According to the requirements of Document JIANBIAO[2014] No.189 issucdby the Ministry ofDevelopment and Revision Plan of National Engineering Construetiop Standards in 2015* afterextensive research the standard preparation group has carefully summarized the engineering experience referred to relevant national standards and intermational advatceg andards and formulated thisstandard on the basis of extensive solicitation of opinions.
The standard consists of 5 chapters and 5 appendixes : general provisions terms basicrequirements soil and water conservation schemes irements for design of soil and waterconservation measures etc.
The main revisions of this standard are :
1. Specifying the technical work contegtsland technical requirements of soil and water conservationstipulations for the principal part of aprojgt (PPP in brief hereinafter) nd special stipulations on areas for a production and construction projcgtTPCP in brief hereinafter) and improving the restrictivewith different types of soil erosion;
sofand water conservation as wellas for the layout of soil and-wfteg conservation measures;
3. Updating thedesign reguifements of soil and watefconservetion measures;
4. Defining he Mas f each design stage ang iing he requirements for the contents in the report (project proposal) the preparationconservation scheme ang the eontents and arrangement of a special chapter in theation into appendixes
